A "Street level" game, which were an experiment by Gottlieb towards designing a simplier, single level (no ramps), slightly smaller and cheaper game. They did not sell very well, and only six models (Premier's 1990 'Silver Slugger', Premier's 1990 'Vegas', Premier's 1990 'Deadly Weapon', Premier's 1990 'Title Fight', Premier's 1991 'Car Hop' and Premier's 1991 'Hoops') were made.

If you get multiball from lower saucer mystery, you can plunge to upper saucer to start 3-ball multiball.
Complete squad cars 1-7 in order. Each one lights a hurry-up bonus for the next one.
Short plunge for car #1.
Multiball on mystery - you get to choose your award (arrests or points) for completing cars 1-7 during multiball. Award grows after car 7.
Points award for multiball first 7 cars is 1M. Award for 2nd 7 cars is 5M(!!!). I don't know why you'd choose arrests in tournament.
