The magnetic ball accelerator on the looping habitrail consists of four square magnetic coils that fire in sequence, controlled by optos and software, and the ball passes through their centers. The Limited Edition translite and cabinet artwork feature the major characters from the Rebellion forces with the notable exception of Luke Skywalker. A limited run of 800 units was produced. Each Limited Edition game came with a serialized number plate, a Certificate of Authenticity signed by Gary Stern, and an autographed collectible signed by designer Steve Ritchie.
